The totals above include the applicable Illinois patient registration fee. Administrative application help, follow up, and support are included without an additional service charge. Reduced state fees require the supporting eligibility documents accepted by Illinois. Age alone does not establish eligibility for the state reduction. Ask our team to confirm your package before payment.

Paying for an evaluation does not guarantee certification or state approval. Ask about any caregiver, renewal, or other situation before payment because the patient packages above do not quote those additional registrations.
Questions people ask
Will the state fee be added again?
No. The applicable patient state registration fee is already included in the published package total. Confirm any additional caregiver or other registration costs separately before proceeding.
Who should ask about discounted pricing?
Veterans and Social Security recipients should ask our team which published package applies. State reduced fee eligibility and its documentation requirements must also be confirmed.
Does the price include cannabis purchases?
No. Peace of Mind MMJ does not sell cannabis. Dispensary purchases are separate from the certification and registration process.
